Job Context:
∎ Barnamala Communication Limited is looking for a Video Editor to assemble video footage into a finished product that matches director`s and client`s vision and is suitable for broadcasting in social media and other platforms.
∎ Department: Social Media Hub
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take a brief from production team as per content's needs and specifications
∎ Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes
∎ Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the content
∎ Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
∎ Finalizing color correction and color grading based on project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work with green screen backgrounds and edit with green screen footage
∎ 2 to 3 years' proven work experience as a Video Editor
∎ Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut)
∎ Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
∎ Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
∎ Creative mind and storytelling skills
