Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film and Media
• Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Engineering

• 4 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience: At least 4 to 5 years;
• Creativity: Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities;
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in editing, color grading, and audio mixing;
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required;
• Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics and animation;
• Experience: Prior/proven experience in [specific industry, e.g., advertising, entertainment, social media];
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Proficiency: Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom);
• Familiarity with video editing software like Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro;
• Ability to pick out attention-grabbing shots;
• Strong project management skills;
• Experience with high-resolution file transfer applications.

• Editing: Edit short- and long-form videos for Alternative Recruitment Limited’s website and social media accounts;

• Graphics & Effects: Integrate graphics, animations, special effects, and audio into video projects to enhance storytelling and visual appeal;

• Ensuring: Ensure videos meet the marketing team’s specifications and guidelines;

• Edit Raw Footage: Organize, edit, and assemble raw footage into polished, professional video content;

• Visual Storytelling: Work closely with the creative/Graphics Designing team to understand project requirements and transform ideas into compelling visual narratives;

• Color Correction: Perform color grading and correction to ensure visual consistency across all videos;

• Sound Editing: Edit and mix audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure clarity and balance;

• Video Optimization: Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising;

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content;

• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including directors, producers, and content creators, to ensure alignment on project goals;

• Quality Control: Review and critique final videos to ensure they meet brand standards and project objective;

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video production and editing;

• Exploring: Explores different versions and directions;
