Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Honors & Masters Degree in any discipline.
∎ Must have excellent academic records. (Not less than 2nd Division/Class in any public Examination.)
∎ Candidates who have B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree and sound in teaching profession will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform administrative responsibilities of the Institution.
∎ Uphold educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum.
∎ Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
∎ Develop programs that improve teacher's performance and assist students in understanding class materials/activities.
∎ Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators.
∎ Upholds Mission, Values and Principles of SOS Children's Village International in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 3 (Seven) years of experience as Assistant Professor/Vice-Principal in any recognised College. Total service length need 10 years.
∎ Other Conditions:
∎ Communicative, Energetic, Visionary.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of recent curriculum.
∎ Should be sincere, honest, dedicated, hardworking and able to work in a team environment.
∎ Familiar with school software management.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period, upon confirmation, the incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance as per existing policy of the organization.
