∎ Minimum Master's Degree in education, M.Ed. (or other relevant field)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct in-house training with/of teachers along with the Principal, and organizing training with renowned British Cambridge School in Dhaka and the British Council regarding teachers training
∎ Day to day supervision to ensure smooth running of the school as per policy of PBEMS and PBF
∎ Work closely with the Principal & identify the training needs of teachers for professional growth and development, thus render quality service in maintaining quality education for all learners
∎ Counseling teachers as needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' work experience in an English Medium School/ Academic Activities Management
∎ at least two years' experience as a Vice-Principal of a Cambridge School
∎ Thorough knowledge of Cambridge Assessment International Education Curriculum
∎ Charisma to lead and motivate teachers and conduct in-house training
∎ Knowledge in handling students with special needs (special child)
∎ Candidates with experience/knowledge in inclusive education will be given preference
