Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Vice Principal serves as a leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the College.
∎ Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior.
∎ Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the extracurricular activities, discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures.
∎ Supervise academic staff on a day-to-day basis ensuring that students receive the highest quality of education.
∎ Allocate teaching responsibilities to the academic staff as agreed by the principal and in the academic board.
∎ Report regularly to the principal on all relevant issues.
∎ Take responsibility for all academic nursing matters when the principal is absent from the College.
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, etc.)
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Organize department wise meeting
∎ Visit Class rooms frequently and be aware of the problems of both the Teachers and the students
∎ Initiate and monitor different Annual Program (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debate Competitions, Job fair etc.
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each Teacher of his/her class in daily work such as discipline during class hours, communication in English, absence in college, monthly work such as Syllabus completion, Lesson plan preparation, Class Tests, etc.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.

∎ PhD. degree is preferred.
∎ Ideal candidate must have Nursing registration from acceptable to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh.
∎ English Language proficiency is essential.
∎ Computer proficiency in using Microsoft Office is required.
