∎ Strong background in teacher training, curriculum development, and student performance improvement.
∎ Academic Leadership: Ability to enhance student learning outcomes and ensure curriculum excellence.
∎ Teacher Development: Experience in mentoring teachers and conducting professional development programs.
∎ School Operations: Managing daily school operations, discipline, and student engagement.
∎ Innovation in Education: Implementing modern teaching methods, digital classrooms, and extracurricular activities.
∎ Parental & Community Engagement: Ability to communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community.
∎ Strong English Communication: Fluency in English (spoken & written).
