• The candidates must have first class or equivalent result in Honors, Post-graduation and Ph.D. degree from any recognized university with devoted visionary zeal to run an international standard private university.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• At least 20 years of professional experience in research and administrative work including 10 years teaching experience at a recognized university.

• A good number of publications in recognized journals.

• Demonstrable leadership qualities.

Job Description / Responsibilities of Vice-Chancellor will be included, but not limited to:

• The Vice Chancellor will be the principal executive and academic officer of the university and will ensure that the provisions of the Private University Act 2010, the Statutes, the Regulations and the Rules are faithfully observed in order to promote teaching, research, publication, administration and the general efficiency and good order of the university. He will have all powers necessary for this purpose including administrative control over all faculty/staff of the university.
