∎ Skills Required: Adobe XD, Animator, Art & Sketch, Creative Design, Graphic Artist, Graphics Design, Product video making
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Adobe XD, Art Sketch, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Graphics Design, Product video making

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
∎ Bring ideas and concepts to life through creative designs
∎ You see UX/UI Design as a problem-solving-discipline, not Art
∎ Analyze and extend the features of our existing products in terms of usability and UX
∎ Collaborate closely with Product and Design to develop long term research plans
∎ Adapt and innovate research methods to deliver the right insights for the problem
∎ Keep updated on the latest design trends and the newest apps in the market.
∎ Identify UI-UX gaps in existing software applications by analyzing data collected using tools.
∎ Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
∎ Collaborate with other designers on the team, developers and product managers.
∎ You regularly study new things
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience working in IT-related company UX Designer, Product Designer, UX researcher or similar UX related role for digital products.
∎ Excellent command of written English.
∎ Must have to obey company rules and follow the instructions.
∎ Must be initiative, creative, innovative, quick learner and a team player.
∎ Deeply passionate about design
∎ Has an impressive track record and an outstanding design portfolio
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
