∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
∎ Portfolio of design projects that demonstrates strong design skills.
∎ Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
∎ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
∎ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
∎ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
∎ Experience in conducting usability testing and user research.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
∎
∎ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
∎
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs as well as to enhance user satisfaction.
∎
∎ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
∎
∎ Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
∎
∎ Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
∎ Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
∎
∎ Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and participate in design reviews.
