Job Responsibilities:
∎ .Advanced experience in Figma or equivalent tool.
∎ .Strong portfolio demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions
∎ across multiple interfaces and screen sizes.

∎ .Experience on landing page design and marketing site design, Example:

∎ .Working closely with the UX Lead plan, design, document, and communicate the
∎ product experience flow.
∎ .Help to research, explore, and define user interaction models.
∎ .Explore and create various art assets to be featured in the experience.
∎ .Use abstract thinking to keep a critical eye on product experience consistency in order
∎ to avoid legacy thinking and divergent interactions- suggesting/implementing better
∎ options where found.
∎ .Ability to digest design specifications and develop into user flows and design concepts
∎ (e.g., sketches, wireframes, mockups) reflecting multiple options for intuitive, elegant,
∎ and technically-feasible interface.
∎ .WordPress elementor experience is a plus but NOT required.

∎ • 2+ experience in Software Company, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service will be given preference.
∎ • Must have portfolio with links.
∎ • Must have good knowledge in Web Design Grid System.
∎ • Solid experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
∎ • Solid grasp of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD & other online design tools are needed.
∎ • Excellent attention to detail and pixel perfect design.
∎ • Must have creative intelligence to produce new ideas and concepts, thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ • Should be familiar with strong Typography sense, Visual hierarchy and Whitespace knowledge.
∎ • Should be familiar with modern design trends with strong color sense.
∎ • Must be able to work as part of a team and also on his/her own, taking responsibility for organizing his/her work within the production schedule and meeting deadlines.
∎ • Versatile and multifaceted - open to learn new skills and improve existing skills.
∎ • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
