Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered methodologies.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving user problems through design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on enhancing user experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct user research to understand pin points, behavior, and preferences.
• Translate research findings into intuitive design solutions and workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and optimize user experiences.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
