Minimum 6 months of UI/UX design experience (or a strong portfolio for freshers).
Figma: Mastery of Figma & Adobe XD is a must.
System Thinking: Deep understanding of Auto Layout, Design Tokens, and Prototyping.
Portfolio: Strong showcase of web/mobile interfaces (dashboards and SaaS templates are a huge plus).
Communication: Good English skills to articulate design decisions.
Mindset: A creative problem-solver who enjoys working in a collaborative team.
Education: Skills and portfolio are prioritized over formal degrees
Responsibilities & Context:
Designing Experiences: Crafting clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for complex websites, web apps and mobile platforms.
Interactive Prototyping: Building high-fidelity flows to validate user journeys.
Design Systems: Applying and maintaining design systems to ensure brand consistency.
Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with developers, product managers and fellow designers to bring visions to life.
Trend Spotting: Staying updated with the latest UI trends and usability standards.
