Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess exceptional visual design skills that demonstrate excellence in the core principles of typography, layout, color, interaction, etc.
∎ Experience using tools such as Especially Figma (Must be master with auto layout, Component, nested Component) Photoshop, Illustrator.
∎ Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs.
∎ Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, and user requirements.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and understand user requirements, goals, and objectives
∎ Design and develop user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
∎ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
∎ Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across all digital products.
∎ Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects.
∎ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
∎ Strong knowledge of visual design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography.
∎ Experience in conducting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
∎ Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design.
