Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, CSE, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (or strong portfolio instead of formal degree).
1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (strong freshers with solid portfolios are also welcome).
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
Experience designing responsive web interfaces and mobile app screens (Android/iOS).
Ability to design complex dashboards and data-heavy screens in a clean and understandable way.
Good grasp of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of design handoff (components, auto-layout, specs) and collaboration with developers.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
Nice to Have
Experience working on SaaS, ERP, admin panels, or B2B dashboards.
Basic knowledge of UX research methods (interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations).
Experience with design systems, component libraries, and tokens.
Interest or experience in designing interfaces related to media or photography tools.
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences across several products such as internal dashboards, ERP modules, mobile apps, and web platforms. The role requires strong skills in UX flows, information architecture, and interaction design, along with the ability to translate requirements into clear wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user journeys, flows, and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI designs for dashboards, ERP-style systems, and various apps.
Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and convert them into intuitive interfaces.
Design user flows for complex sequences (e.g., multi-step forms, onboarding, settings, role-based dashboards).
Ensure consistent design language across multiple products using shared components and design systems.
Conduct basic user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user behavior and data.
Prepare developer-ready design files and support the development team during implementation.
Collaborate on improving UX patterns such as navigation, error handling, states, and micro-interactions.
Deliver well-considered design solutions that minimize revisions and rework
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
Collaborate directly on important and high-impact projects, taking responsibility for design quality
