Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
∎ Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
∎ Understand product specifications and user psychology.
∎ Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
∎ Create personas through user research and data.
∎ Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
∎ Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
∎ Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
∎ Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ UI design

∎ Software Company
∎ Must have strong portfolio of design projects.
∎ Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq).
∎ Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
∎ Analytical mind with a business acumen.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Artistic eye for design.
∎ Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail.
∎ An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment.
∎ Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
∎ Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
∎ Adobe Creative Cloud suite User.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary.
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary).
∎ Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
∎ 15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year.
