Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Automobiles from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with all Division/department Heads/Managers to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet them.
∎ Coordinate the movement of vehicles and other transportation assets;
∎ Ensure the appropriate use, maintenance and repair of all bank's vehicles & generators.
∎ Keep updated documents such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
∎ Ensure sufficient supply of fuel and oil.
∎ Manage fuel requests, maintaining agreements with Filling Station and spare parts inventories;
∎ Produce monthly fuel and vehicle use reports, "work orders," etc.
∎ Supervise Bank's drivers.
∎ Keep record of transport related issues and prepare report as per requirement.
∎ Maintain liaison with third party transport service provide so that transport can be arranged in case of emergency.
∎ Process documents & bills of third party related transport Service.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05(five) years of experience in related field preferably in a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Significant experience in vehicle management and / or logistics.
∎ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
∎ Strong negotiating skills
∎ Experience managing inventories (e.g., asset and spare part stock management)
∎ Fluency (writing, reading, speaking) in English
∎ Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel;
∎ Conscientious with excellent sense of judgment
