Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify training needs and objectives based on employee performance data, industry trends, and organizational goals at Axis Meta.
∎ Develop comprehensive training curricula, including course outlines, learning objectives, and assessment strategies for Axis Meta's training programs.
∎ Create a variety of training materials, such as instructional manuals, presentations, videos, simulations, and online courses, tailored to Axis Meta's specific needs.
∎ Write clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively conveys information and facilitates learning for Axis Meta employees.
∎ Incorporate multimedia elements (e.g., images, audio, video) to enhance learning experiences and make training more engaging at Axis Meta.
∎ Apply instructional design principles to create effective and learner-centered training materials for Axis Meta.
∎ Review and edit training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Axis Meta's organizational standards.
∎ Organize and manage training resources, including physical materials, digital content, and learning platforms, for Axis Meta.
∎ Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement at Axis Meta.
∎ Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders at Axis Meta to ensure that training materials meet their needs.
∎ Able to Format the documents in highest level
∎ Strong Microsoft Office Skill
∎ Strong instructional design skills
∎ Subject matter expertise in various trades
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills
∎ Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, authoring tools)
∎ Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and preferences
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories
∎ Familiarity with industry-specific standards and certifications relevant to Axis Meta's operations.
