Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and deliver comprehensive agriculture training programs aligned with industry standards and curriculum requirements.
∎ Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to enhance students' skills.
∎ Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback and guidance.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agricultural techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
∎ Collaborate with industry partners to establish internships and job placements for students.
∎ Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
∎ Contribute to research and development projects related to agriculture.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience as a TVET Trainer in the agriculture sector.
∎ Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including crop production, livestock management, and sustainable farming techniques.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
