Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate a training program which will be used to select qualified farmers for the financing program based on aptitude, interest in growing spirulina and accessibility to space appropriate for growing spirulina
∎ To help in analyzing TNA and Conduct trainings for smallholder farmers on spirulina system operations, financial management, nutrition, hygiene and any other trainings as per company's requirement
∎ Train the farmers about new findings when necessary to improve the Spirulina production and carry the new quarry or problems from the farmer's end to the lab microbiologist.
∎ Manage strategic partner relationships
∎ Train with a variety of methods (eg. classroom based, hands-on practical training, on the job training, activity based training, demonstration training, etc)
∎ Evaluate program participants by assisting to create and administering assessments to determine participants' eligibility
∎ Adjust training program for smallholders to address reported quality concerns
∎ Conduct survey to identify potential farmers according to the company's requirement
∎ Prepare various reports individually & independently and also help Project Manager to create training materials and reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 1-2 years practical working with villagers, working/running/conducting a training program, teaching experience
∎ Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
∎ Computer Skills:
∎ Microsoft office suite (Excel, word and powerpoint);
∎ Preferred experience with Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Photos) or interest to learn
∎ Language skills: Fluent in Bengali (mandatory) and English (preferable)
∎ Personal attributes:
