∎ We are looking for a training coordinator to lead our training department initiatives by hosting a training. The training coordinator ensures new employees receive onboarding training to prepare for their new roles. Moreover, the training coordinator is responsible for assessing employees` skills and determining if further training is needed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a monthly Training calendar, and budget & manage it around the year.
∎ Gather and evaluate information from employees, supervisors and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
∎ Inform employees of scheduled training.
∎ Conduct orientation training for the new hire.
∎ Manage logistics and finance for internal & external training programs.
∎ Responsible for making training content and delivering the training if required.
∎ Identify different training processes and ensure compliance.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
∎ Any other additional activities as per company needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
