Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Highlight Foundation Training Centre (NSDA approved), under the World Bank-funded ASSET Project, is seeking qualified and experienced trainers for the following courses:

  • English for Work (Level-02)

  • Entrepreneurship Development (Level-04)

  • Front Office Services (Level-03)

The trainers will be responsible for delivering competency-based training aligned with NSDA standards to unemployed youth. The goal is to enhance employability, develop practical skills, and support self-employment opportunities. Trainers will work closely with the Centre Management Team to ensure quality training delivery, assessment, and reporting in compliance with project guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Conduct interactive, competency-based training sessions following NSDA curriculum and guidelines

  • Prepare lesson plans, session materials, and practical exercises before each class

  • Ensure participatory learning using modern teaching methods (role play, group work, demonstrations)

Trainee Management

  • Monitor trainee attendance, participation, and discipline

  • Provide mentoring and coaching support to trainees for skill development

  • Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Conduct formative and summative assessments as per NSDA standards

  • Prepare trainees for competency assessment and certification

  • Maintain proper records of trainee performance and progress
