Experience:
Facilitate and lead all mandatory face-to-face practical tutorials, workshops, and skills practice sessions as detailed in the RTO's approved Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS) and session plans provided by the Australian Lead Assessor
Contextualize the Australian Training Package requirements to reflect current industry best practices, equipment, and local legislative/operational conditions in Bangladesh.
Directly supervise students during hands-on practical tasks and simulated workplace projects, providing individual guidance, coaching, and immediate feedback on skill execution and performance.
Ensure the training facilities, materials, and equipment at the local campus are compliant, safe, and available for use during all scheduled sessions.
Observe and accurately document student performance during practical activities as directed by the Australian Lead Assessor. This includes diligently completing all observation checklists, evidence logs, and collecting supplementary evidence (e.g., photos, videos, work samples) using the RTO’s approved assessment tools.
Systematically upload and transmit all collected evidence, student attendance records, and session progress reports to the Australian Lead Assessor via the RTO’s Learning Management System (LMS) according to established submission deadlines.
Advise the Australian Lead Assessor when a student consistently demonstrates readiness for a formal assessment based on performance during supervised practice.
Is strictly prohibited from marking, grading, or making a formal judgment on whether a student is 'Competent' or 'Not Yet Competent'. This responsibility remains exclusively with the Australian-based Lead Assessor.
Complete and maintain accurate records of student attendance, learning progression, and any student welfare or safety incidents in the designated RTO systems.
Strictly comply with the RTO's policies and procedures, particularly those related to Working Under Direction, confidentiality, student welfare, and quality assurance. \
Maintain current industry skills, knowledge, and active connection to the relevant industry sector in Bangladesh, and provide documented evidence of continuous professional development (CPD) to the RTO.
