Job Responsibilities:
∎ Within area of responsibility analyze current work practices to identify areas for improvement and educate as to how to improve manufacturing processes.
∎ Devise, test & roll out the solution of the new way of working.
∎ Recommend to management changes that can cut waste from operating procedures
∎ Training and guide members working on lean processes Continuously
∎ Perform work place audits and streamlining processes within area of responsibility
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
∎ Process mapping, value stream mapping, identifying inefficiencies in productivity with a particular focus on layouts and sequencing
∎ Implementing standard of work, visual factory and error proofing (poka yoke)
∎ Analyze factory production & work capacity as well as ensure the optimum use of Man, Machine & Materials
∎ Carry out time, work and motion studies to support productivity improvements
∎ Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
∎ Work for Factory SOP Development as well as six sigma tools like Sigma Level Calculation, 5S, KAIZEN, Fishbone Analysis, Bottle Neck, OEE, JIT, KANBAN, DOWNTIME, SMED and Others
∎ Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Lean Six sigma Certification’s (e.g., green belt, black belt)
