Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
Job Context:
∎ HBS Solutions B.V. The Netherlands-based multinational fastener manufacturer & service provider is looking for a young & enthusiastic candidate for their Accounts Department.
∎ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Work Environment & timing:
∎ Job location will be Nekaton, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
∎ Working hours are 11.30 AM to 9 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time) from Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative & accounts-related activities.
∎ Financial data entry, monthly sales report making, loss-profit statement, cash flow statement-making, etc.
∎ Email & Voice communication with European, Asian & all global customers and stakeholders. (If required)
∎ Sales Quotation making, data entry & processing in ERP Software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Accounting System
∎ Proficiency in Data Entry in ERP System
∎ Proficiency in MS Outlook and Google Sheets
∎ Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Communication skills: Having very good speaking, listening, reading & writing skills in ENGLISH.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ 1 Festival Bonus (yearly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Consolidated Salary: BDT 25,000 (3 months' probation period depending on the candidate's learning capability). After the probation period candidate will get a 12 months contract (yearly renewable) job confirmation with a salary depending on the probation period's performance.
