Responsibilities & Context:
∎ End to end counseling to each client
∎ Visa application Processing : Receive, review and visa applications process, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate.
∎ Verify eligibility criteria and assess the validity of supporting documents
∎ Manage end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic and International travel
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa applications for the various countries
∎ Should have good experience in the Europe, UK, Canada, USA, Australia & Malaysia.
∎ Must have experience in talking with customers about visa related issues
∎ Expert for client handling face to face
∎ Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately.
∎ Verify the authenticity of documents such as passports, financial statements, and travel itineraries.
∎ Ensure all required documents are submitted as per embassy or consulate guidelines.
∎ Prepare cover letters, affidavits, or supporting documents if necessary.
∎ Handle issues such as visa delays, rejections, or additional document requests.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client applications and communications.
