Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customize treatments based on clients’ needs, skin types, and preferences.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and holistic therapies.
∎ Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and concerns.
∎ Offer expert advice on skincare regimes and products tailored to individual client needs.
∎ Manage client bookings and maintain treatment records for repeat visits.
∎ Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-up care with professionalism.
∎ Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment.
∎ Follow all health and safety protocols, including sanitizing tools, equipment, and work areas after each client.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Provide product recommendations to clients for home care routines, promoting relevant skincare products.
