Job Responsibilities

✔️ Make outbound sales calls to the USA market
✔️ Promote and sell products/services
✔️ Generate new sales and subscriptions
✔️ Understand customer needs and close deals
✔️ Experience in MCA campaigns is a plus

🆕 Freshers are welcome!
• 1-week training provided (Unpaid)

Requirements

✅ Fluency in English (must)
✅ Freshers with good communication skills or 6+ months of international telesales experience
✅ HSC / O-Level / A-Level / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: BDT 12,000 – 25,000
(Hourly pay + Sales Commission)

🎯 KPI & Sales Bonus: Extra BDT 5K – 10K/month
🍽 Dinner allowance after 6 months of Employment
🚌 Transport allowance up to BDT 1,500 (1000 Tk after 3 months, 1500 Tk after 1 year) of Employment
📅 Monthly attendance bonus: BDT 2,000 from the 3rd month of employment
📈 Increment after 6 months, then yearly
🎉 2 Festival bonuses after 1 year
🤝 Loan facility after 1 year
