Responsibilities & Context:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Manage and maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients through professional phone etiquette.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to close sales effectively.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all calls and sales activities using Microsoft Excel.
Address customer complaints or doubts with patience and provide accurate information in both English and Bangla.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Prepare daily reports on call status and customer feedback for the department head.
