Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors in CSC (B.Sc. in Computer Science) or ICT relevant subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating ICT enables content to communicate and exchange ideas through platforms like social networking sites, video conferencing, and instant messaging apps.
∎ Coming up with content goals and strategies and Collaborating with other project staff and brainstorming subjects for creative content.
∎ Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content and editing existing content, and proofreading new content before publication.
∎ Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media.
∎ Analyzing performance indicators and determining the effectiveness of created content.
∎ Contribute to installing, maintaining, troubleshoot, and update operating systems and user applications also Raising awareness on benefits of ICTs;
∎ Contribute to the ICT content Development Plan and undertake development work as prioritized;
∎ Provide support to develop teaching-learning materials and training materials for developing capacity for the education facilitators;
∎ Provide support to the education facilitators during their use of tools and software.
∎ Maintain communication with the ICT team to troubleshoot day-to-day errors/challenges of tools and software.
∎ Monitor and update the database of the project regularly and inform the team for taking decisions and further actions.
∎ Provide user support and advice in relation to the operation and function of applications and help users to solve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
∎ Test new equipment and applications and provide thorough feedback.
∎ Contribute to the proper functioning of all office technology equipment, including IP telephone system, mobile devices, PC, tablets, and laptops;
∎ Support the communication network infrastructure (routers, switches, telephony switchboard, etc.).
∎ Ensure that the network is functioning on a 24x7 basis, and Liaise with the local ISP if required.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Protection & PSEA Policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 61,600 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
