Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Diploma degree from any reputed Engineering University/Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mold polishing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Polish mold components according to Instructions and Engineering Drawings.
∎ Performs assembly work on tooling components.
∎ To develop the detailed design and specifications for mold using solid works or any other software.
∎ To instruct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold or material changes as dictated by experts.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to insure parts conformity and quality of mold.
∎ Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
∎ Any other tasks given by the Head of Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Must be able to communicate verbally in English.
∎ Must have proper production knowledge.
∎ Must have good knowledge on Mold Polishing.
∎ Excellent hands on skills with polishing equipment.
∎ Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings.
