Responsibilities & Context:
Experience servicing actual products in the field.
Familiarity with Android phone usage.
Proficiency in writing other documents including Conveyance Bills.
Liaising with dealers, showrooms and customers (Being within the policy)
Service-related work in the field.
Contact With customer, Dealer & Salespeople for smooth service.
Maintain Notebook, Cash Book, and Customer Service Book.
Solve the Daily complaints and submitted to in charge.
Follow Up pending complaint for solved.
