Responsibilities & Context:

• Experience servicing actual products in the field.

• Familiarity with Android phone usage.

• Proficiency in writing other documents including Conveyance Bills.

• Liaising with dealers, showrooms and customers (Being within the policy)

• Service-related work in the field.

• Contact With customer, Dealer & Salespeople for smooth service.

• Maintain Notebook, Cash Book, and Customer Service Book.

• Solve the Daily complaints and submitted to in charge.

• Follow Up pending complaint for solved.
