Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineer in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts repair/calibration work for all types of valves, actuators and instruments both in-house and at customers' site
∎ Generates service report for customers after job completion
∎ Provides basic troubleshooting and provide suggestion for customers on different solutions
∎ To prepare calibration reports with accurate information and basic recommendation for customer submission on time
∎ Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates program of assigned instruments calibration/maintenance
∎ Ensures proper coordination and effective communication within team and with customers
∎ Follows customer's and site leader instruction, guidelines strictly
∎ Compliance to customer's safe requirements, quality standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Has basic knowledge on valves, control, and instrumentation
∎ Removes defective process instruments including control valves from system, disassembles, clean instruments, reassembles and replaces defective parts and reinstall the same
∎ Check, examine and record
∎ Comprehend technical drawings and other documents including operation/maintenance manual
∎ Should be capable of using/operating calibration equipment and tools
∎ Coordination with customer/clients
