At least 7 years’ experience in tire tread extrusion with duplex extruder.
Responsibilities & Context:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up and prepare machinery for operation by feeding rubber compound and performing entire tread extrusion operation using duplex extruder.
- Monitor the extrusion process closely, making equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiency observing all safety guidelines and protocols
- Design & prepare die blank, flow channel as and when needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks on extrusion machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues or malfunctions during the production process.
