Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and set up money sorting machines at client locations according to manufacturer guidelines.
∎ Calibrate the machines to recognize and process different denominations of currency accurately
∎ Perform routine maintenance on money sorting machines to ensure they operate smoothly.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the machines, such as jams, and processing errors.
∎ Use technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and software to identify and resolve problems.
∎ Repair or replace malfunctioning parts to restore the machines to working condition.
∎ Update and maintain the machine's firmware and software to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
∎ Troubleshoot software-related issues, including communication errors and data processing problems.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of currency denomination recognition and sorting.
∎ Identify any inconsistencies or deviations from expected sorting results and take corrective actions.
∎ Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in money-sorting machines.
∎ Recommend and implement upgrades or enhancements to improve machine performance, security, and functionality.
∎ Maintain detailed records of machine installations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
∎ Create comprehensive reports for clients and management outlining machine status, performance, and any recommendations.
∎ Provide technical support to clients over the phone, via email, or on-site visits.
∎ Collaborate with other technical teams, manufacturers, and vendors to exchange information and resolve complex technical challenges.
