Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample responsibilities for this position include:
∎ Hands on the technical solution implementation and delivery which usually include designing the system solution, planning the technical implementation resource and timeline, managing the data conversion, and performing the solution deployment and installation, Lead the training and mentoring to the junior system implementation engineers in the team and in our RRC regions
∎ Manage a team of Call Receipt and DBD agents
∎ Meet and exceed customer expectations for resolutions, and work closely with other organizations where necessary
∎ Facilitate team in ramping up & updating their knowledge to constantly meet customers' needs for resolutions in terms of process, soft-skill and technical capability
∎ Responsible for delivery enabling, including capability/capacity planning and resources plan implementation
∎ Develop and improve operational processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Collaborate with senior management team to implement strategic plan, improvement initiatives and re-engineer processes where appropriate and necessary
∎ Participate in operation transformation and improvement projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
∎ Engage and manage relationship with country Business Teams within CS and LES vendors
∎ Foster team work and best working environment for employees to achieve best employee experiences and business results
