We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Flooring.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new project opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and generating B2B and B2C sales opportunities across the construction and industrial sectors. The candidate should possess a strong technical sales mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in the field to achieve business targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities for PU Flooring Systems and Construction Chemicals across industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships with real estate developers, industrial owners, factory authorities (particularly in the RMG, Pharmaceutical, and Food Processing sectors), consultants, architects, and structural engineers.
3. Project Sales: Conduct regular client meetings and site visits, understand project requirements, recommend suitable technical solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
4. Technical Presentation: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations on PU Flooring Systems, Epoxy Flooring, and Construction Chemical applications for prospective clients.
5. Tender & Proposals: Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and tender documents accurately and professionally.
6. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming construction and industrial projects to identify new business opportunities.
7. After-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the technical and application teams to ensure smooth project execution, resolve client concerns, and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
8. Payment Recovery: Follow up on project payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding bills and receivables from assigned clients and projects.
