Job Context

We are looking for confident, energetic, and customer-oriented female Sales Executives to promote and sell interior design and interior execution services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, client handling abilities, and a strong interest in sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through phone calls, Facebook leads, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Explain interior design and interior execution services to prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements, project locations, budgets, and timelines.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.

• Arrange client meetings and project visits with the design and execution teams.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project engineers.

• Maintain client information and sales follow-up records.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.

• Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

• Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or service-based sales will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

Salary & Commission

• Monthly Salary: Negotiable.
