Job Context

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our Interior Design Team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of interior design, architectural drafting, 3D visualization, and project coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D furniture layouts and interior working drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop 3D interior models using SketchUp.

• Create realistic interior renders using Enscape.

• Prepare interior design concepts and presentation drawings.

• Work on residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.

• Coordinate with the design team and project engineers.

• Revise designs according to client and team leader feedback.

• Participate in project visits, site measurements, and site inspections.

• Assist in interior project execution and maintain design quality.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• B.Sc. in Architecture candidates may also apply.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Running students are not eligible.

Required Software Skills

• AutoCAD: 2D Furniture Layout, Floor Plan & Working Drawing.

• SketchUp: 3D Interior Modeling.

• Enscape: Interior Rendering & Visualization.

• V-Ray: Additional advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers to 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Practical experience in residential or commercial interior projects will be preferred.

• Experience in site measurement, project visits, and interior execution will be an advantage.
