Education
- Bachelor/Honors
IELTS Academic Overall Band Score: 6.5 or above (preferred).
IELTS Teaching Training Certificate (preferred).
TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (preferred).
English Language Teaching (ELT) training.
Online Teaching and Digital Learning Training.
Certificate in English Language or Applied Linguistics (if available).
Additional Requirements:

Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer.
Must have a stable high-speed internet connection.
Must have a webcam, microphone and headphones.
Must be comfortable using Zoom or Google Meet.
Must have a quiet home teaching environment.
Must be available for 1–2 classes per week.
Each class will last approximately 1–2 hours.
IELTS overall score of 7.5 or above is preferred.
Previous IELTS teaching experience will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct IELTS Academic and General Training online classes.
Teach IELTS Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking modules.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials and practice exercises.
Provide individual feedback to help students improve their IELTS performance.
Conduct online mock tests and assess students' progress.
Develop students' English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and communication skills.
Prepare and organise digital teaching materials and learning resources.
Maintain an interactive and supportive online learning environment.

StepUp Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Female IELTS Instructor to join our growing education team.
The selected candidate will conduct 1–2 online classes per week, depending on student enrolment and class requirements.

Class Duration: 1–2 hours per class

Salary & Payment:
Payment: BDT 500–1,000 per class, depending on class duration and experience.
Estimated Monthly Payment: BDT 2,000–8,000, depending on the number and duration of classes conducted.
Additional classes will be paid separately based on the agreed rate.
