Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to understand all the design, color matching of coating.
∎ Develop and set up the lacquer processing unit of Bangladeshi wooden furniture industries.
∎ Conduct regular training with the wood coating workers regarding the technical issues throughout the country.
∎ Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements.
∎ Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results.
∎ Promote the sales of modern decorative wood coating in the country.
∎ Enhance market share in various sector such as Architect, developer and home user of innovative wood coating technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance knowledge in wood coating.
∎ If the candidate has strong relevant field experience will be given extra advantage and can get flexibility in educational background.
