∎ Able to work under any field condition
∎ Must have knowledge on documentation in register properly as per provided formats
∎ Must have knowledge of MS word, excel and internet browsing
∎ Have to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Select land and farmer in view of achieving targeted production of vegetable crop and foundation seed production, trail, grow out test, variety screening in farming area
∎ Make a deed with farmers before seed production and record keeping smartly
∎ Ensure optimum seed sowing, transplanting irrigation and fertilizer application
∎ Inform and ensure isolation distances of farmers’ field
∎ Report to immediate supervisor about field condition, discussion and solution
∎ Ensure periodical roughing to maintain field standard
∎ Ensure seed test (moisture and germination percentage) before seed purchasing and prepare bill/ voucher
∎ Maintain record and file up of all documents
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
