Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed institution preferably on Education. Any other degree with relevant experience will be considered.
∎ Intermediate proficiency is preferable in MS Office (specially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting research on curriculum, education system, learning methodology.
∎ Develop courses with proper lesson plan, teaching methodology and technology.
∎ Prepare course materials with appropriate resources collected through partners and self-developed.
∎ Coordinate with relevant team to develop courses.
∎ Develop relation with partners to enrich course materials. Visiting targeted institutes regularly and develop relation for product purpose.
∎ Prepare course schedule and coordinate with relevant team for timely deliver.
∎ Ensuring quality of the production according to the guideline prepared.
∎ Support product and campaign team in developing product and campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4+ years of experience working with educational institutes or in relevant field. Experience can be considered depending on knowledge and ability to work with education system and learning technology
∎ Ability to predict operational time and execute accordingly.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge about e-learning platform.
∎ Travel required.
∎ Flexible with timing.
∎ Creative, analytical and dynamic.
∎ Good spoken and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
