Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Electrical ABC License
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Electrical Safety, Project Management, Requirement Analysis, Supervision
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD 2D 3D, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall management and leadership of the site staff/Team.
∎ Developing a site safety culture during the site execution of the project.
∎ Executing the project within the site portion of the construction budget.
∎ Driving site team, subcontractors and Partners to achieve all major milestones within the project schedule.
∎ Performance assessments of all site staff, including contract staff and life-of-project staff.
∎ Maintaining an intensive customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Closeout of all site subcontracts with fair and proper allocation of costs, minimizing impact.
∎ Providing the focal point of contact for the project manager, customer, partner, subcontractor and local authorities.
∎ Conduct regular meetings, as may be required, with team staff, subcontractors and Partners and Manufacturers.
∎ Responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant laws in the country, project contractual obligations and standards and the effective implementation of the site EHS plan.
∎ Co-ordinate Project Controls activities across the Programme, including cost, schedule and Risk & Opportunity management.
∎ Provide operational support with maintaining the accuracy of the baseline Integrated Work Schedule.
∎ Administer the timely and focused reporting of progress and performance of the project to key stakeholders and clients.
∎ Maintaining and enhancing the professional image and reputation of Cross World Power Ltd. at all times.
∎ SPECIFIC FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL AUTHORITY ALIGN WITH PM (Project Manager) -
∎ Has the ultimate authority on the site as prescribed by rules and Regulations.
∎ Is authorized to take urgent or emergency action to remedy sudden problems or discrepancies.
∎ Has authority to communicate with the client and any local entity or authority in the execution of his tasks.
∎ Is authorized to make expenditures according to rules and regulations of CWPL.
∎ Is authorized to carry out disciplinary actions on-site according to rules and regulations of CWPL.
∎ Is authorized to carry out appraisals and assessments of site staff as per project manager instruction.
∎ Has direct and overall responsibility, authority and accountability for EHS matters on site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Airport /Heavy Duty Power Plant or Turnkey EPC Project
