Educational Requirements:

Curriculum/ Program Development, Education Administration/ Management, Education Marketing, Education Research, teaching, Teaching/ Training, TOT (Training of Teachers)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organise and conduct regular training sessions for partnering schools with the aim of delivering academic and operational knowledge of the I Can Read curriculum and pedagogy
∎ Provide periodic follow-up visits to schools to monitor correct implementation and delivery of the I Can Read curriculum
∎ Conduct classroom observations to assess the efficacy of the I Can Read curriculum
∎ Ensure students are attaining results in line with I Can Read's international standards
∎ Provide additional academic and operational support, as instructed by the Professional Development Manager - Singapore
∎ Assist I Can Read's local distributor with sales and marketing activities designed to acquire new clients and partner schools
∎ Deliver presentations to demonstrate I Can Read's pedagogy and the value it provides as an early literacy solution
∎ Maintain contact with prospective clients and manage the post-sales process
∎ Liaise with teachers of partner schools and their administrators to obtain feedback on curriculum implementation and efficacy
∎ Assist with additional projects or assignments as given by the Professional Development Manager - Singapore
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience including teaching students aged 2.5-12 years old
∎ Early childhood education experience is preferred
∎ Excellent command of the English language
∎ Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong customer service skills and experience
∎ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
∎ Confident with public speaking to large groups
∎ Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently, to think critically and strategically
∎ Shows leadership and a deep sense of responsibility to our students and clients
∎ Proactive and takes initiative to resolve issues and/or highlight challenges
∎ Able to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism
∎ Travel for training and additional support is required
