Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent command over English (both in oral and written communication)
∎ Candidates must have a masters degree
∎ Work with curriculum developers, principals, school boards and teachers to create effective curriculum to enhance student learning and achievement.
∎ Advise and mentor teachers and measure their teaching techniques.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Developing a creative learning community across the school.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
∎ Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling, Curriculum/ Program Development, TOT (Training of Teachers).
∎ Candidates with teaching experience in English Medium School will be given more preference.
