∎ Job Location: VIP Road, Kosaivita, Zinzira, Keranigonj, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare lesson plans and materials for the classes.
∎ To manage daily classroom activities.
∎ To introduce children to mathematics, language, science, and social studies.
∎ Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills.
∎ Use play and hands-on teaching.
∎ To create activities that is fun.
∎ To collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is educative and nurturing for every child.
∎ To develop and maintain constructive rapport with children.
∎ To document children’s progress in portfolios.
∎ To deliver report on progress and potential concerns about children to management.
∎ To participate in the parents meeting.
∎ To contribute to extra-curricular activities in the school.
∎ To participate all kind of professional development workshop assigned by the Head Teacher.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2/3 teaching experience
∎ Previous experience of working with underprivileged children/development sector/non-profit organization
∎ Experience in designing curriculum and/or lesson plans
∎ Experience in working/volunteering in education or social development projects
∎ Excellent Fluency in English and Bangla both verbal and written.
∎ Knowledge of computer systems, including internet navigation and various office applications.
∎ Familiar with primary level curriculum.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work with very young group children.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
