Experience:
Bachelor`s (Honors) degree in any discipline (Preference given to English, Bangla, Mathematics, Islamic, ICT Studies, Political Science or Physical Education) from a recognized public or private university.
Certification in teaching methodology and classroom management is highly preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven teaching experience in either English or Bangla Version.
Practical experience with modern teaching methodologies and strategies.
Strong command of subject matter (Bangla or English version).
Effective lesson planning and delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Specially for English Version teachers).
Innovative and engaging teaching techniques (e.g., games, visuals, real-life examples).
Proficiency in classroom management and maintaining discipline.
Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to encourage student interaction and active participation.
Strong team collaboration and adherence to professional ethics.
Respectful and professional communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons in alignment with the NCTB curriculum (English or Bangla version).
Prepare and execute weekly and monthly lesson plans.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to enhance student engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and resources in relevant subject areas.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
Design, administer, and evaluate assessments including classwork, homework, tests, and exams.
Keep accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Provide constructive feedback to both students and parents in a timely manner.
Address learning gaps through remedial support.
Report regularly to the academic coordinator regarding assigned responsibilities.
