• Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for [Bangla /Islam /Physical Education] following the curriculum guidelines.

• To plan and prepare lesson plans appropriately the assigned subjects

• To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times

• To demonstrate competence in classroom instruction

• To implement the designated curriculum completely and in due time

• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and observation.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behaviour.

• To evaluate students` performances in an objective, fair and timely manner

• To engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.

• Participate in training programs, school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

• To plan and implement effective classroom management practices

• Ensure lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and meet the learning needs of young students.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation among students.

• Utilize modern teaching methods, tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience.

• Provide individual attention and support to students to enhance understanding.

• Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines at all times

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the school management.
