Responsibilities & Context:
- Teach Business Management courses, following the IB curriculum, and ensure that students are prepared for the IBDP assessments.
- Develop engaging, interactive, and innovative lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varied learning styles.
- Create a positive learning environment, manage classroom behavior, and ensure a respectful, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Participate in and contribute to extra-curricular activities, including academic clubs, student-led initiatives, and management-related workshops.
- Suggest additional reading materials, case studies, and online resources to deepen their understanding of management concepts.
- Offer designated office hours or study sessions where students can seek extra help, ask questions, and review key concepts.
