Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
Conduct classes and evaluate students’ classwork, homework, and examinations.
Design, administer, and assess monthly, term, and annual examinations.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
Prepare results and reports under the supervision of the school administration.
Communicate effectively with students and guardians to support academic development.
Ensure classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Participate in academic meetings, training, and school activities as required.
Conduct classes through online platforms when assigned.
